Privacy Policy

Wallpaper Todo is a local-first application that turns a task list into a phone wallpaper.

Information stored on your device

Wallpaper Todo stores your tasks, priorities, editor settings, and onboarding state on your device. If you choose a personal photo, the app copies it into private app storage so it can render your wallpaper. Generated wallpapers are created on-device.

Wallpaper Todo does not provide user accounts or cloud synchronization. The developer does not receive your task text, selected photos, or generated wallpaper files. You control when a wallpaper is saved to Photos, applied through Android system features, or shared with another app.

Advertising and privacy choices

Wallpaper Todo uses Google Mobile Ads for a banner on the task-list screen and Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and store privacy choices where required. Ads are not requested until Google reports that the app is eligible to request them. Privacy Choices is available in the app when Google requires it.

Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, approximate location, advertising data, app interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, fraud prevention, measurement, and analytics. On Apple platforms, permission is requested before cross-app tracking where required. Declining tracking does not disable Wallpaper Todo features. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics and crash reporting

Wallpaper Todo may use Firebase Analytics for aggregate feature usage and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose production crashes. These services may process app interactions, device information, crash logs, performance data, and diagnostics. If telemetry is unavailable, the app continues to work. Photo access

On iPhone, Wallpaper Todo requests add-only Photos permission when you save a generated wallpaper and uses the system photo picker when you choose a background. On Android, it uses supported photo-selection and wallpaper APIs. Wallpaper Todo does not upload selected photos.

Retention and deletion

Local tasks, settings, and copied backgrounds remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app. Data processed by Google is retained under Google’s policies and your privacy choices. Because Wallpaper Todo has no account or server-side task storage, there is no developer-held account record to delete.

Children

Wallpaper Todo is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed to children under 13.

This policy may change when app features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. This page will show the current effective date.
